The Under 13 Cup final took place on 25^th June at CAI in very good conditions. Limavady had won the toss and elected to bat. Limavady weren’t looking too great at 30 for 3 until a partnership got going which had took them to 105 – 6 off their 25 overs with excellent bowling figures from Calum Ferguson 2 – 21 off 5 overs, Michael MacRaild 1 – 13 off 5 overs, Rishi Chopra 1 – 5 off 5 overs and James Hemphill 1 – 19 off 5 overs.

CAI had got off to a terrible start sitting at 10 – 4 with Calum Ferguson, Matthew Douglas, Matthew McCook and Michael MacRraild all out and then 3 more wickets fell soon after. Rishi Chopra and Alross Alejo got a partnership going but Alross was eventually put out. CAI finally finished with 54 all out with Rishi ending up at 34. Overall the bowling performance was very good and so was the fielding performance. It was a superb experience for all the team members involved. Hopefully next year we can go one step further.
