On Wednesday 10th March, the CAI orchestra hosted a visit from the Royal Marine’s Brass Quintet.  After lunch, the afternoon started with a short performance by the school orchestra, followed by a recital by the quintet.  A short talk was given about life as a musician in the Royal Marines.  After this, there was a workshop involving the school orchestra and the Marines.  It focused on developing performance skills and posture.  After a joint performance of “I will Follow Him” from “Sister Act”, the afternoon sadly came to an end.  A good time had by all!
